Kariah Phillips is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with 15+ years of experience as a master’s-level therapist and a career in the helping profession that began in 2001. She earned her Master’s Degree from Columbia University in New York City in 2007 and is deeply passionate about her work. Kariah is dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive environment where clients feel at ease, leaving each session with a sense of hope and actionable steps toward growth.
Kariah draws from several therapeutic models to help a diverse client load. She is foundationally trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and has extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Exposure Therapy including ERP (exposure and response prevention), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and multiple relationship-focused approaches for couples (Gottman, EFT, RLT). She enjoys learning about neuroscience and uses this in sessions to help client makes sense of what is happening in their brain. She also has a special interest in the impact of food on mental health.

Megan Schemp is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s Degree from Pacific Lutheran University, earned in 2007.
From the beginning of her college journey, she was drawn to family therapy and has dedicated the past 13 years to helping couples, families, youth, and adolescents achieve meaningful change.
Megan approaches challenges through a family systems perspective, recognizing that issues often arise from relationships and environments rather than individuals alone.
She frequently incorporates Structural Family Therapy in her work and is also foundationally trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with additional training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Outside of her practice, Megan enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, running, reading, and exploring the outdoors.
