Membership purchases require a minimum commitment of twelve (12) consecutive months. This commitment begins on the date of purchase and continues through the full 12‑month term.

Billing & Payment

  • Memberships may be billed monthly or annually, depending on the option selected at checkout.
  • All payments must remain current for the duration of the 12‑month commitment.
  • Cancelling your membership early does not remove your obligation to complete all payments for the full 12‑month term.

No Refunds on Memberships

Membership fees are non‑refundable, including for:

  • Early cancellation
  • Unused time
  • Changes in availability or personal circumstances
  • Dissatisfaction with features or services
